Few natural ways to stop hair fall

Treatment for hair loss or thinning hair can be difficult, and not all methods may be effective for you. It might not be feasible to grow your hair back if you have a condition that can cause hair loss or are experiencing a specific type of pattern baldness. However, it has been found that some natural remedies are successful in growing your hair back or reducing the hair fall. The top effective natural hair regrowth remedies are listed below:

Hot oil massage: Combining scalp massage with hair oils and masks can stimulate the scalp and possibly increase hair thickness. Stretching during the hot oil massage is supposed to stimulate dermal papilla cells, which are found at the base of the hair follicle, to promote hair growth and thickness. These cells are essential for the development of hair, hair growth, and the cycle of hair shedding and renewal.

Onion juice: The advantages might be worth it if you can put up with the stench of onion juice. Onion juice has been proven to successfully treat patchy alopecia areata, an autoimmune condition in which the body attacks the hair follicles and results in hair loss in various places of the body.

Indian gooseberry: It is also known as Alma. Lack of vitamin C is one of the main causes of hair loss, and gooseberries are a great source of this vitamin. There is no better way to re-establish it in our bodies. Its antimicrobial and antioxidant properties prevent dandruff and itching of the scalp. Gooseberries maintain a healthy scalp and give the hair roots the nutrition they need to grow stronger and more lustrous hair.

Fish oil: Since omega fatty acids are rich in minerals and proteins, consuming them can help your hair from the inside out.  Taking an omega supplement along with antioxidants helps to increase hair density and reduces hair loss. Omega fatty acids support healthy cell function and can strengthen immunity, which improves general health.

Rosemary oil: You can use rosemary essential oil to encourage hair growth and stop hair loss. Using rosemary oil as a treatment for androgenetic alopecia has also been observed to increase the growth of new hair. Before rinsing, add some rosemary oil into a carrier oil, such as argan or jojoba, and apply it to your hair and scalp. You can repeat this a couple of times per week.

Aloe Vera: For a very long time, hair loss has been treated with Aloe Vera. Additionally, it conditions hair and calms the scalp. It reduces dandruff and opens up hair follicles that may have been clogged with too much oil.  You can massage your scalp and hair with pure Aloe Vera gel a few times a week.

Lemon: Both fresh lemon juice and lemon oil have been shown to improve hair quality and their growth, you can add this to your hair care routine. You can maintain a healthy scalp and promote hair growth by using lemon oil. Before shampooing, rub some fresh lemon juice on your scalp and hair.

Make a plan and stick to it if you want to improve your hair. Remember that it can take a few months for these remedies to start showing results and if these natural solutions still don’t help you, consult your health care provider for further medications or procedures.
