One of the most important tips for healthy, supple and radiant skin is the intake of good diet. The food you consume must contain high percentage of vitamins, minerals and proteins. A well-balanced diet acts as anti-oxidants that are highly essential for protecting the skin against free radicals that cause decay and premature aging of the skin.  

Drinking at least 6 to 8 glasses of water is recommended in a day. Well-hydrated body helps retain the moisture level of the skin.
